During the initial lockdown, HospoLive was created for those working in the hospitality industry as a way of connecting, upskilling & inspiring hospitality workers during coronavirus isolation. The channel attracted thousands of followers and was a hugely successful platform, and has since won industry awards for innovation and collaboration. Claire was asked to host a live segment on the channel on Menu Science which received a fantastic response. you can still watch the session today!
